BEDFORD, NY - OCTOBER 23: A mailbox stands in front of the Bedford residence of billionaire George Soros on October 23, 2018 in Bedford, New York. Police discovered an explosive device after responding to a call from an employee of the residence about a suspicious package in the mailbox.
