Wedding photography company denies refund to man whose wife died saying they’d “extend their service to his next wedding”

Justin Montney in Colorado Springs just heard some of the most insensitive remarks he’s ever heard.
Unfortunately, his fiancee Alexis Wyatt passed away in a tragic car accident in February. After this unfortunate accident, Justin called the company to get his money back BUT they refused to give him a refund.
According to Justin “They said they’d extend my service to my next wedding, which was a very insensitive thing to tell me.”
He had given them $1800 and the contract did say no refunds, but Justin feels these are special circumstances and he should be given his money back.
