The Met Gala takes place every year on the first Monday in May at the Metropolitan Museum of Art where A List celebrities gather and express their versions of the year’s theme. Last night’s theme: Gilded Glamour or what was described as late 19th-century clothing through a modern lens. Celebrities who left their mark on this year’s red carpet: Lizzo, Nicki Minaj, the Kardashians, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds and more.
