A Rod can’t do ANYTHING these days without people speculating he’s dating someone. Over the weekend, he was seen leaving Katie Holmes’ apartment building in Manhattan which got a lot of people talking. BUT fact of the matter is, he’s just looking for a new home and he and Katie have never even met. Quite the coincidence. According to a source: “Alex is looking at lots of different apartments, he didn’t even realize it was Katie’s building — he’s never met her.”
