There’s nothing more annoying than waking up early, sitting down at your computer ready to snag your tickets to see your favorite artist. Then, getting in the VERY LONG queue for tickets and then finding out there’s 10,000 people in front of you. As a result, you find out the show is now sold out and you lost out on tickets. Ask the thousands of Taylor Swift fans how they felt after doing the same thing for her shows at Gillette last summer. Justin Timberlake just announced his world tour and within days, his one show at the T.D. Garden went on sale. I saw countless people on my Facebook feed getting shut out of tickets because they just couldn’t beat the Ticketmaster queue. We’re here to help you with that.

The good news is, Justin Timberlake has just added a second show at the T.D. Garden. His second show will be June 30. Tickets for his first show are almost sold out, but if there are any left, go on sale to the general public Friday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster. Presale tickets for Timberlake’s June 30 concert will be for Verizon Up members and Citi Cardmembers, and will begin this morning (Wednesday) at 10am. The Forget Tomorrow World Tour will be Justin’s first tour in five years and will kick off April 29th.

Want to ensure you get your tickets for the second show? We put together some tips to help you. Follow these to make sure you don’t get shut out a second time.

• Become a Verizon Up or Citi Cardmember

  Presale for Justin’s second show begin this morning (Wednesday) at 10am. HOWEVER, it is only for Verizon Up or Citi Cardmembers. Once becoming either one, you will get a password to enter to get your tickets. So if you’re not a member already, do it early this morning.

• Make sure you have a Ticketmaster account ahead of time

  Don’t wait until you’re ready to get in line this morning to create your Ticketmaster account. Create it early so you don’t get bogged down with those details and you can focus on everything else. It’s sort of a tedious process. Get it out of the way first.

• USE THE APP, NOT the website (if you can)

  Typically, when asking friends, I’ve found out it’s much smoother and easier to purchase tickets through the app rather than the website. Websites tend to crash easier which will land you out of luck. Another theory to this is that ticket bots are not able to use apps which makes it better for you.

• Make sure you have a reliable internet connection

  DO NOT SET UP ON SHAKY WIFI! If your wifi connection isn’t stable, your connection could get lost. When this happens, you will get KICKED OUT of line. Then, you’ll never get tickets.

• GET ON THE APP EARLY

  So, you can NOT get into the actual waiting room early…HOWEVER, you can load the information into the app early. So, if the presale is at 10am, get into the app 15 minutes early. Then, keep refreshing the app for the waiting room 60 seconds before the presale time to try and get to the front of the queue line.

• DO NOT REFRESH the queue page

  Under NO circumstances should you refresh the queue page. This will smack you out and get you to the back of the line. You may be tempted to do so, but DON’T. You’ll be so upset with yourself.

• If you're using the web, load the site in ONE browser only

  Here’s the deal. While it may be tempting to load a few windows to better your chances of getting tickets, you’re only to place one order at a time. So if you’re going between windows, you may lose out.
