The world seems to be obsessed with celebrities and their weight loss and/or weight gain. Anytime a celebrity has an enormous transformation in either direction, it becomes news. 50 Cent is the latest celebrity to reveal a weight loss transformation and this time, it has a lot of people speculating if he’s sick. OR, the other speculation which has become all the rage in Hollywood lately: Is 50 Cent taking Ozempic? Either way, he has definitely lost a good amount of weight since we last saw him in posts on his IG and we thought it’d be interesting to show you the reactions from social media.

This isn’t the first time 50 Cent trimmed down and appeared very lean. In fact, the last time he did it, he looked extremely unhealthy. But we later found out it was for a movie role. 50 played a cancer patient and lost over 50 pounds for the movie “All Things Fall Apart.” The movie was released in 2011 and did not perform very well. As of today, it only has 5.4 stars out of 10 on IMDB. People are now starting to wonder, could 50’s current weight loss be for another movie role? The caption on his IG post reads: “🎥GLG🚦GreenLightGang 2024 I’m gonna shake things up. time to work let’s get it! @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi.”

• Some are starting to call him "Ozempic 50"

  Stars such as Dolores Catania, Elon Musk and Chelsea Handler have admitted to using variations of Ozempic - a Type II diabetes drug - to slim down.

• "50 lookin like a quarter"

  @garyasgary: “50 lookin like a quarter.” Of course people had to throw in a joke about 50’s name. Many calling him a quarter, or 25 Cent.

• Some are blaming it on his break up with his ex, Cuban Link

  @kekecalixte: “The breakup with Cuban link was harder than he thought from 50 cent to a quarter.” 50 and his long time girlfriend Cuban Link have allegedly broken up. 

• "He went on a diet ever since the Super Bowl halftime show meme 🤣🤣"

  Remember 2022’s Super Bowl halftime show? Many were making fun of 50 for his appearance, saying he looked like he’d gained weight. @g_squad_nation seems to think the jokes were his motivation.
