It's Yeezy Day 2022. In case you're not familiar, it's the day/days you can purchase shoes from Adidas' Yeezy line for retail prices, some at under $200. This is a big deal seeing as many of the Yeezy shoes are bought by bots and resold for much more than retail prices. Yeezy Day originated in 2019 and skipped a year due to Covid. Kanye West, the designer of the Yeezy shoes is not too happy about Yeezy Day however, He posted on his IG story "Adidas made up the Yeezy day idea without my approval. Then went and brought back older styles without my approval." He went on to say they "Went and hired a GM of Yeezy without my approval. Took talent on the production side and sprinkled them throughout Adidas originals without my approval." Regardless of Kanye's disapproval, it looks like Yeezy Day will run through Wednesday and below is a list of rumored Yeezy releases.
