Boston Celtics fans are paying the most for beer in the NBA. This is according to research done by the website www.bookies.com. Overall, going to a Boston Celtics game will cost you, a LOT. Going to see the Celtics at the Garden is the third most expensive venue in the NBA. Between parking, a couple of beers and sodas and four hot dogs, a family of four can expect to spend $536.69. That’s a lot of money for one family to have to shell out, but one thing’s for sure…The Celtics are definitely worth it.

But what about the beer specifically? That is where Celtics fans are not so lucky. According to Bookies, Celtics fans are currently spending THE MOST in the entire NBA for beer. For two 16 ounce beers, you will be paying $39.74 when you go see the Celtics play at the Garden. That is the absolute most in the entire NBA. Now as far as other game necessities go, Boston ranks in the top 5 in other areas. As far as parking, Boston is the #2 most expensive with an average parking cost of $50.45. The only city to top it? When parking in Brooklyn, it’ll cost you on average $66.50.
