Cardi B Loses a Multi Million Dollar Endorsement Deal
Cardi B, who is from the Bronx, is not in a good mood after losing out on an multi million dollar endorsement deal with the video game Call of Duty. Cardi B past actions caused her to miss out on this endorsement deal. Last week on September 27th, Cardi B “lost the bag.” Bet.com is reporting that the endorsement deal with Call of Duty video game franchise was an eight figure deal which was revoked because of her recent assault case.
Cardi B, who is 29 years old, wrote on her Twitter account. “My stupid decisions from the past caused me to miss out on money now. I had a multi-million dollar Call of Duty deal on the table that I couldn’t take because of court. Guys think twice about those quick decisions! Lesson learned.” Cardi B has 24 million twitter followers.
If your unaware of the court case that caused her to lose a multi million dollar endorsement deal. There was a criminal case in regards to a few fights at a New York City strip club. She plead guilty and was required to perform 15 days of community service. According to the New York Post, Cardi admitted “she paid a friend $5,000 to beat up a woman who worked at a Queens strip club in 2018.” Cardi B plead to “assault in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree as part of a deal that allowed her to skirt jail time.” Cardi B stated “I feel like I look good,” after leaving the courthouse.
The New York Post also stated that she “was placed on a three-year order of protection and sentenced to 15 days’ community service over a brawl in which she hurled a hookah at two bartender sisters and ordered a pal to attack one of them for supposedly sleeping with her husband.”
