I’m a person with a very active mind, so meditation is a challenge for me. I’ve gotten MUCH better since participating in several of Oprah and Deepak Chopra’s “21 Day Meditation Experiences.”
What I love about this video from Alicia Keys is that she shows how simple it is to just take 3 to 5 minutes of your day to focus on feeling “good energy” and going “inside” your mind and heart. The point is, it only takes a few minutes to quiet your mind and relax and that can help in these stressful and anxiety-filled times.
I found that meditating in the morning worked best for me. Anytime I did it at night, I’d fall asleep. When I do it in the morning, I really feel refreshed when I get out of bed. I just thought I’d share her video in case you needed it or wanted to try meditating. Enjoy!
