There Was “Rhythm” In Nelly’s Samba For 80s Night On “DWTS” (WATCH)
“Dancing with the Stars” judge Derek Hough called Nelly’s Samba his “best dance yet!”
I agree with Derek! Nelly looked much more relaxed and like he was actually having fun during this performance.
It was 80s night, so Nelly’s throwback look included a stonewashed denim vest with “Yung Swivel” written, graffiti-style, on the back (which nicely showed off his defined arm muscles) and he started his dance to DeBarge’s “Rhythm of the Night” carrying a boombox on his shoulder.
Nelly received 24 out of 30 points for his Samba and was safe from elimination. I’m really enjoying watching Nelly do his thing in the ballroom.
