Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen appear to be OVER. Rumors that the two have been on the rocks have been swirling for months now with the two living separately. Now, word is both Tom and Gisele have hired divorce lawyers and are headed down the road of divorce. They’ve been living separately and supposedly had an epic fight and now they’re trying to find out ways to divide their multi million dollar empire. Sources say they both want to have joint custody of their kids, of course They share son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9, and Brady is also the father of son Jack, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan. But despite the hiring of lawyers, US Magazine is reporting that Gisele is waiting and hoping Tom steps up and fights to get her back. According to a source “Gisele is waiting for Tom to make a big gesture of support to her.” We’ll see if that happens but what we do know right now, is that both Tom and Gisele, who’ve been married since 2009, have hired lawyers (according to reports) and are at least looking into divorce options.
Gisele has been very vocal about things she still wants to accomplish in her career. In her Elle cover story that was published just last month, Gisele said “Obviously, I have my concerns — this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them].
