Tom Brady had a retirement party recently and it was quite the star studded, fun filled event. Tom posted a video recap of the event which looked like it was an all day affair that included half naked beach football, Gronk drunk dancing, cake, partying and so much more. Tom of course retired (for the second time) back in February after 22 seasons in the NFL. Tom posted a video to his social media accounts saying “I won’t be long-winded. You only get one super-emotional retirement essay, and I used mine up last year.” He captioned the post: “I love my family. I love my teammates. I love my friends. I love my coaches. I love football. I love you all. I am truly grateful on this day. Thank you.”
You’ll remember three weeks ago, Tom had posted a video on IG of him playing football on the beach with Gronk, Edelman and more. At the time, we had no idea what this was. We all just assumed it was an end of the season get together with friends. It turns out this was indeed Tom’s retirement party. He posted another video to his IG yesterday. This one was a recap of that entire day. From the beach football, to the actual party (which looked like it may have been a surprise), to Gronk’s toast, to the cake. It was certainly the star studded affair. There was one noticeably absent person however. That of course was Tom’s ex wife Gisele, although I’m not sure who would have expected her to be there. Regardless of who was there or not, it certainly looked like a fun event and fantastic send off for the greatest NFL player of all time. It looks like the day started with some golf
Tom, Gronk, Edelman and more played some golf. Some were more successful than others with Gronk getting a nice shot and Edelman losing his club.
One person was noticeably absent.
Tom’s ex wife Gisele was not present.
