New Hampshire Is The Second Best State To Work From Home In
If you’re one of the many around the region telecommuting from home during the coronavirus, and you happen to live in New Hampshire, you’re near the top of the list.
According to a study done by the site WalletHub, the Granite State is #2 on the list of Best States for Working From Home, surpassed only by Delaware.
The study takes into account conditions that include low costs, reasonable comfort and a high level of security. They also included number of workers teleworking prior to COVID-19, how large and how crowded homes are in the state, internet costs, and cybersecurity.
New Hampshire was the only New England state that ranked in the Top 10. Vermont was 15th, Massachusetts came in 17th, Connecticut was 24th, Maine 29th, and Rhode Island was 6th from the bottom at $45 (the study included the District of Columbia.)
