Burger Lovers Rejoice! New Gordon Ramsay Burger Spot Opening Soon In Boston
If you’re a fan of burgers, and Gordon Ramsay, the news is all good for you! Gordon Ramsay Burger was originally set to open late 2022. But as they say, “good things come to those who wait.”
Ramsay, is not only a Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, but a hugely popular TV personality and author. He’s the host of many shows including: Hells Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Master Chef, Next Level Chef, and the currently-airing Food Stars.
He opened his first Boston restaurant, Ramsay’s Kitchen, at the Back Bay’s Mandarin Oriental in 2022. That restaurant focuses on beef Wellington and filet mignon. Ramiro and Melissa both went to the restaurant and highly recommend the toffee pudding dessert.
Well, Ramsay is hoping to find success once again, when Gordon Ramsay Burger opens in Boston on July 5th. The restaurant will be located inside the Canopy by Hilton Hotel at 99 Blackstone Street. It’s actually not far from where Ramsay filmed his Kitchen Nightmares episode in the North End. This was where he tried to revamp the restaurant Davide, which is now closed.
So what’s on the menu? Well, butter-basted burgers of course. One is the signature Hell’s Kitchen Burger. It’s topped with mozzarella, roasted jalapeño, avocado, and roasted tomatoes. Then there’s the Farmhouse Burger topped with sharp cheddar, butcher’s cut bacon, and fried egg. And there’s also a Vegan Burger, a plant-based patty, vegan bun, bibb lettuce, roasted tomato, avocado, and eggless garlic mayo. There are also some great local beers to wash them all down with.
In addition to burgers, they have lots of other snacks and sides. There’s street corn dip, kettle chip nachos, three types of fries, an oreo creme brulee shake, and more. If you’re looking for a great view, they have that too, with a second-level roof deck.

Order ahead on the app! So much easier
Okay, so we all know many of these things can be avoided if you just order ahead on the app. Anna says “There is no reason to hold everyone else up while you order for 4 with 4 completely different configurations and then count out exact change at the window at 7:30 in the morning.”
From a former Drive Thru employee: KNOW WHAT YOU WANT
Savonna says “KNOW WTF YOU WANT” Simple as that. Don’t make everyone behind you (and the employee) wait while you decide if you want jimmies on your donut or cream in your coffee.

If you're ordering more than 2 coffees, you should go inside
This one can be quite controversial. Many can’t go inside because they have kids in the car. However, it would be much faster for those who just have one or two coffees if you took your large order inside OR ordered ahead.

If there's an issue with your order, GO INSIDE TO FIX IT!
Don’t hold up Drive-Thru lines with your order fixing. According to Carlos: “don’t hold the drive thru line while they re do your mocha latte machiado witrh 19 sugars 6 splenda 1 coconut pump , half caramel pump 7/16 pump of lime juice and 11 ice cubes in a small cup.”

Have your money ready!
Another way to keep the line moving: Make sure you have your money ready when you’re in line BEFORE you get to the front.

Don't SCREAM at the Drive Thru speaker before you get there!
Wait until you get UP to the speaker before you speak into it. And DON’T SCREAM! This helps your employees and anyone around you.

If you order food, order that BEFORE your drink
This is one many don’t think of. It gives the workers more time to prepare the food while they’re making your coffee which is faster.

Big Order? Don't Hit Up the Drive-Thru
Both Gabby and Ashley had things to say on this. If you’ve got a minivan full of the soccer team, ordering 10 things is kind of a middle finger to everyone behind you in the drive thru. Same with complicated orders like “sandwiches for the entire crew.” I think we can agree, max 3 people for a drive thru order.
