Massachusetts State Troopers Want To Get Your Kids In Shape! (VIDEOS)
The Massachusetts State Police have a video series called “Workout with a Trooper,” which is a youth workout program designed to help keep them active! Can adults do it too?! Asking for a friend who’s been eating too many snacks during quarantine (me).
This is awesome! They just dropped their 16th episode today! According to the Massachusetts State Police Facebook page, They debut a new “Workout with a Trooper” video for young people looking to stay active every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 am on Facebook, IGTV, and YouTube.
What can you expect? “A fun and effective bodyweight workout led by the MSP Academy’s Health and Fitness Unit. Exercise routines will change from day to day in order to provide you a varied full-body workout over the course of this program.”
Here’s an important note about “Workout with a Trooper” from the Massachusetts State Police: “Please get permission from your mom or dad or guardian, and make sure you have no medical conditions that would prevent you from working out (if you’re not sure please check with a doctor first), and join us for good ol’ physical training, MSP-style.”
What’s great about it is, “If you miss a workout, the workout will remain posted on Facebook, IGTV, and YouTube channel, so you can always do it when it’s best for you. So lace up your sneakers, go at your own pace, take a break if you get tired, drink plenty of water, and let’s get to it, Trainee!”
Here are all the “Workout with a Trooper” videos they’ve made so far for you to check out. Maybe you and your kids can do a family workout together!
