WATCH: First trailer for Hamilton on Disney+ released
I. Am. So. Excited!!!!! I was lucky enough to see the production of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Hamilton when it came to Boston, and it was mesmerizing. Not much lives up to the hype these days, but this one definitely did. After seeing it, I always wondered what it was like with the original cast, and now we’re getting the chance to find out.
Hamilton was originally supposed to be released in theaters on Oct. 15, 2021, but Disney moved up the release last month. FYI, Disney paid $75 million for the rights to Hamilton. It will now be released on Disney+ on July 3rd with the original cast.
