Brockton’s Own NBA Prospect A.J. Dybantsa – Get To Know The 16 Year Old #1 Rated Class of 2025 Player
We introduced you to A.J. Dybantsa last year. He is a 16 year old NBA prospect from Brockton who has just been ranked #1 in his class by ESPN which is making him the player to watch nationwide. Since his dad called into The Getup Crew last year, A.J.’s life has changed significantly. Let’s get you familiar with A.J. and what he’s been up to these past few years.
Since initially attending St. Sebastian’s in Needham, A.J. has since transferred to Prolific Prep in Napa, California. Since then, A.J. has received several college offers. His first one came from Boston College. Additional schools that have offered him a scholarship include Providence, Georgetown, UConn, Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina, Alabama and Washington. He has also won a gold medal while representing the United States at the FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship in Mérida, Mexico.
A.J. has returned home to Brockton and spent a lot of time at the Brockton Boys & Girls club giving back to his community. As to what A.J. will do next? He now has 18 Division 1 college offers and there’s even rumors he could play for the NBA G League next season. As of right now, A.J. says he’s keeping his options open.
